The workshop will be held at the ICMAT (Institute for the Mathematical Sciences), a joint research institute of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and three Madrid universities. It is located in the Campus Cantoblanco of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), 15 km North of downtown Madrid.
