Registration

Registration fees are

  • 165 euro, if paid before May 5
  • 210 euro, if paid later
After July 1st only on site registration by credit card will be possible (fee 210€)
Required Field

A limited amount of funds for accommodation grants are available. The deadline to apply for these is May 5. If the grant is awarded the organization will cover directly the hotel (Hotel Weare Chamartin). Noreimbursement is allowed for participant self-booked accommodation. This grant covers only accommodation for participants for the period of the workshop and will not cover the registration fee. If you plan to attend with an accompanying person or for a longer period application for the grant is possible but you will need to cover the additional cost.
