  • Early Registration: February 14 - May 5 (registration fee: 165 Euros).

  • Deadline to apply to an accomodation grant: May 5.

  • Deadline for submission of abstracts for oral communications: May 5.

  • Deadline for submission of abstracts for poster communications: May 30.

  • Late Registration: From May 6th to July 1st* (registration fee: 210 Euros).

  • Confirmation of acceptance for oral communications: May 20.

  • Conference dates: July 6-8, 2016.

 

* After July 1st only on site registration by credit card will be possible (fee 210€)
